Position Opening - Sr. Clinical Research Coordinator

Spaulding Rehabilitation Hospital (SRH) exists within the framework of the Mass General Brigham Health System (MGB) and Harvard Medical School (HMS). MGB is among the largest academic health systems in the nation and is the only health system with three institutions ranked in the Top-20 Best Hospitals by U.S. News and World Report (Massachusetts General Hospital [MGH], Brigham and Women’s Hospital [BWH] and SRH). SRH is the flagship inpatient rehabilitation hospital for MGB and the primary teaching hospital of the Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation program at HMS.

Position Summary SRH is recruiting an experienced and highly-motivated individual with strong research management skills to serve as Sr. Clinical Research Coordinator to join the SRH Neurorehabilitation Laboratory. The Sr. Clinical Research Coordinator will be primarily responsible for the day-to-day operations of one or more projects in our large portfolio of multi-site clinical trials and observational studies addressing brain injury and neurorehabilitation. Responsibilities will include oversight of the Department of Defense-funded Transforming Research and Clinical Knowledge in Traumatic Brain Injury Network (TRACK TBI- Net) study, the largest federally-funded TBI study conducted to date. TRACK TBI- Net aims to improve TBI classification, develop and validate more precise outcome assessment instruments, and test neuroprotective and outcome-enhancing interventions. The Research Coordinator will work under the supervision of the Project Director and Laboratory Manager.
