Clinical Operations Core (COC) Leaders Claudia Robertson, MD and David Okonkwo, MD PhD provide direct oversight of the study sites and report to the TRACK-TBI NET Executive Committee. The COC, in collaboration with the Outcomes Core, develop recruitment plans and organize training meetings as well as approve the design of electronic Case Report Forms and the Manual of Operations and Procedures/SOPs. The COC will select the sites that will participate in the trials from the 18 current TRACK-TBI sites, based on their performance in TRACK-TBI and the resources and number of patients needed for individual trials.
