Clinical Operations Core (COC) Leaders Claudia Robertson, MD and David Okonkwo, MD PhD provide direct oversight of the study sites and report to the TRACK-TBI NET Executive Committee. The COC, in collaboration with the Outcomes Core, develop recruitment plans and organize training meetings, as well as develop protocols, electronic case report forms and standard operating procedures.
